Daniel’s commitment to youth services has spanned 22 years at the Senior Director level. Most recently, serving as the Vice President of Programs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area (San Francisco). During Daniel’s tenure at BBBSBA the community based mentoring program was recognized as one of the highest performing programs among BBBSBA affiliates.

Prior to BBBSBA, Daniel was the Director of Threshold for Change, a treatment program for dual-diagnosed adolescents. Threshold became a preferred placement among Juvenile Probation, the Department of Social Services and Community Mental Health officials and was regarded as a preferred residential treatment program for dual-diagnosed youth.
